Directions:
 
1. Shake well. 
2. Fill bucket half way with cool or cold water (about 6 liters).
3. Pour half contents (8oz) and mix well. 
Optional: This bath goes great with lime. Cut 3 medium size limes in halves, you will end up with 6 pieces. Squeeze lime juice into the bath mixture. Rub lime pieces all over body...
4. Then rinse off with mixture.
5. Repeat step 1-4 with rest of contents in the near future for a second bath.
